XD-CNC35 3-4 axis CNC Universal Spring Machine is applied wire diameter from 1.5mm to 4.0mm, which is mainly suitable for manufacturing various compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, shaped springs, wire forming and other products. It has totally equiped with four servo motor to drive, including one servo motor for wire feeding, one servo motor for cam moving, one servo motor for quill rotating and the other one is for spinner turning. Among them, the fourth axis is controlled the spinner turning and need to order separately. The machine is widely applied in the industrial field and great recognized and fovored by thousands of spring manufacturers.
● Machine Feature
◇ It is applied on the production of all types of springs and wire-forms, with high stability and precision.
◇ It adopts Janpanese Sanyo denki servo motor and Taiwan Hust controller, Ensuring stable operation.
◇ Computer can automatically detect the temperature of the motor and slow down the running speed to protect the motor from overheating.
◇ Computer can automatically decelerate according to the timing when the probe should be used.
◇ Production speed can be increased and decreased at any time running the machine.
