XD-CNC20 CNC Spring Making Machine is applied wire diameter from 0.2mm to 2.3mm and mainly suitabel for manufacturing various precision springs, such as compression springs, extension springs, torsional springs, shaped springs, wire forming and other products. It has entirely equiped with four servo motors to drive, including one serov motor for wire feeding, one servo motor for cam moving, one servo motor for quill rotating and the other is for spinner turning. Among them, the fourth axis controls the spinner turning is an optional device and needs to order separately. This machine is widely applied in the industrial field and great recognized and favored by thousands of springs manufacturers at home and aboard.
● Machine Feature
◇ It can stably manufacture various precision springs, such as compression springs, tension springs, shaped springs, wire drawing and other products.
◇ It adopts Janpanese Sanyo Denki servo motor and Taiwan Yitu computer controller, ensuring stable operation.
◇ It has totally equiped with four axis, that is, Y-axis, X-axis, Z-axis and U-axis (optional accessory). It can produce the accurate size and complex spring if adds the U-axis (spinner).
◇ Computer can automatically detect the temperature of the motor and slow down the running speed to protect the motor aganist overheating.
◇ Computer can atuomatically decelerate according to the timing when the probe should be used.
◇ Production speed can be increased or decreased at any time runnung the machine.
